At MusallahMat, we stand behind the quality of our pet products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Reach out via our contact form within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Prepare Your Package: We’ll send you return instructions and a return form.

Ship It: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Please include the return form, all original accessories, and packaging. Returns that are used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive a notification once your refund is completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
