2. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our site. If under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Placing an Order

Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock availability.

4. Prices & Taxes

Prices are listed in local currency's. Sales tax is calculated at checkout, based on your location. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust prices at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free. Delivery is estimated between 6–12 days. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return items. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product is defective.

By purchasing from MusallahMat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

MusallahMat products are designed for use with pets under standard, controlled, and supervised conditions. ASE Digital assumes no responsibility for injuries, accidents, property damage, or harm of any kind resulting from the use or misuse of any of our products.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Choking, ingestion, allergic reactions, or cuts
  • Injuries caused by chewing, pulling, or improper attachment
  • Accidents caused by failure of supervision
  • Damage caused by use on pets for which the product is not appropriate (e.g., wrong size, material sensitivity, etc.)
  • Any interaction between your pet and another person, pet, or object while the product is in use
  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from defective use, worn-out items, or disregard of provided instructions

All users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any product for their animal’s size, breed, temperament, and health condition. By using our products, you acknowledge that pet behavior is unpredictable and assume full liability.

In no case shall ASE Digital or MusallahMat be liable for any injuries to animals or humans arising from product usage.

If you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your pet, please consult a licensed veterinarian or animal behavior specialist before use.

We make every effort to describe products accurately, but colors and details may vary based on screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue or substitute products at any time.
